Lacrosse Hits

Lets face it... Everyone loves awesome lacrosse fights, or bone crushing lacrosse hits. Before now, scanning the web for these fabulous things (and yes, I did just say fabulous) has been difficult at best. But not any more! On this site, we give you all of the physical parts of lacrosse for free!

We have Pictures, Videos, and even a short introduction into what is a legal hit and what isn't. So sit back and enjoy the show!

Lacrosse has a lot of different rules regarding what is a legal body check, and what isn't. Here is a short list of what you can't (not supposed to) do.

LAX Hits

1) Hit from behind - If you can't see their face, then just back off.

2) Cross Checking - Ouch.

3) Illegal Body Checking - There are four ways to do this:

• Check someone who doesn't have the ball
• An avoidable check, after the ball left the person's stick
• Hit opponent below the waist
• Check opponent above the shoulders: i.e., head hunting
